Wine to do this week-end
Returned from the Eastern Township of QC with a few bottles of wine from Domaine du Ridge.
I will try the Vent D'ouest this week-end. When tasted at the Domaine, missing were Oysters, cheese, Smoke salmon and french bread. I will give you my impression on it. Stay tuned..
